The system is air driven. The plunger height is fully adjustable.

The equipment consists of a mechanical linear motion system. The mechanism guides and positions a pushrod and insertion sleeve relative to a stationary syringe/cartridge. The positions can be adjusted with sub millimeter precision. The pushrod and insertion sleeve that ensures the precise position and air evacuation of the plunger and container are based on industrial proven concepts, ensuring consistent and precise plunger placement.

The motion and timing are defined purely by mechanical and pneumatic components, which eliminates the need for an electrical control system. This simplifies the CE approval and provides a cost-effective solution.
