  • Tensile test machines with high-speed vision system

    • Forces up to 10.000N

    • Possibility of cycling testing of polymer parts etc. to investigate fatique stress and other effects.

  • Torque test machine

    • Up to 10 Nm

  • Hardness tester (metal and polymer)

    • UCI Hardness Tester NOVOTEST T-U2 for Vickers test of metal

    • Shore durometer handheld device

  • Microscopes

    • 3 pcs.

  • Drop tester

  • 3D printer and laser cutter for fixtures etc.

    • 6 pcs. 3D printers. FDM and SLA technology

  • Climate chambers for stability testing, material testing and more.

    • For accelerated aging etc.

    • Polymer relaxation testing based on ISO 3384

    • Compression set testing, ISO 815 / ASTM d395

Furthermore we are masters within R&D test methods design for fast and flexible development. Often R&D test methods can be based on a mixture between standard and customized equipment.
