TPU A/S, an officially registered abbreviation for Teknologi og Produkt Udvikling A/S, was established in 1990 by two of its present partners.

Location

The location was initially in the city of Holte, where TPU extended its facilities in 1994 and 1998. Since 2006 TPU has been based in its own property in the city of Birkerød. All during this, geography and environment have been handpicked to support the development.

Growth

TPU has experienced a steady growth in project activities, number of employees, development tools etc. More than 400 development projects for approximately 60 national and international clients have completed by TPU so far. Over the years TPU holds an export rate of approximately 35 %. Behind these accomplishments is a unique, multi-talented and dedicated staff of currently 15 employees.

Economy

A healthy financial growth has consolidated the operating company of TPU and forms the basis for the necessary investments without external financing. TPU has been classified “Gazellevirksomhed” (Newspaper Børsen/Dun & Bradstreet). TPU is financially rated at the highest attainable level (triple A) on the credit rating scale AAA (Dun & Bradstreet).
